Environmental Permit
Environmental permits apply to more complex waste handling operations. A waste handling company needs an Environmental Permit to operate a regulated waste facility and must apply to, and be approved by, the Environment Agency to qualify for a permit. The company must continue to meet the conditions set down by the Environmental Permit to remain operational.
Casepak has been awarded Environmental Permits for the Enderby Collections and Processing Facility and the Sunningdale Road Materials Recycling Facility.
